Product Introduction
The SCRB series represents a new generation of protected dry-type transformers. They feature excellent heat dissipation, mold-free production, flexible design and high lightning impulse withstand capability. The longitudinal multi-duct structure enables self-cleaning during operation. Optimized by computer-aided design software, the transformers achieve minimum losses under commercially acceptable material consumption constraints. This is a new-generation impregnated wound dry-type transformer embodying the concepts of moisture resistance, dust prevention, safety and environmental protection.
Product Features
Low noise & high energy efficiency
The core is made of high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with a three-step lap joint and 45° full mitered structure, without punching holes, thus reducing process loss and no-load loss. Adopting world-class fully automatic cutting lines and E-shaped stacking equipment for one-step forming, noise caused by core structural issues is effectively minimized.
Flexible design & prompt delivery
Production is not restricted by molds, especially for non-standard products, where the manufacturing cycle can be shortened by more than 5 days.
Intelligent control & real-time monitoring
The automatic control system conducts uninterrupted three-phase temperature monitoring. Equipped with a CPU interface, it supports remote monitoring via network.
Excellent heat dissipation
Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings adopt a multi-duct structure for outstanding heat dissipation, eliminating the need for forced air cooling. The transformer can operate safely at 120% rated load during peak power consumption periods.
High mechanical strength & impact resistance
The high-voltage winding undergoes multiple cycles of vacuum pressure impregnation, baking and curing, delivering high mechanical strength to withstand strong external forces and instantaneous heavy current surges without affecting normal operation.
High insulation thermal class
Key components of the transformer are rated at 180℃ (Class H). The core insulation of high and low voltage windings uses Nomex® paper from DuPont (USA), with a thermal resistance of 220℃ (Class C).
Green & environmentally friendly
High and low voltage windings are non-combustible and do not emit toxic gases. Major materials can be recycled after the end of service life.
Strong resistance to dust, moisture and pollution
With a special coil impregnation process, the transformer features excellent dustproof, moisture-proof and anti-fouling performance, suitable for various harsh environments. It can be successfully energized in one attempt even at 95% relative humidity.
