Order & Customization Policy

Minimum Order Quantity: MOQ varies by product specification. Contact our sales team for specific requirements.

OEM/ODM Services: We accept customization requests with detailed specifications including size, parameters, and performance goals. Our engineering team will develop solutions tailored to your business objectives.

Lead Time: Standard products available from warehouse inventory can be shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders require 30-90 days depending on complexity.

Returns & Defective Products

Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must confirm receipt and inspect products immediately. Report any damage with photographic evidence within 3 days of delivery.

Defective Items: Notify us within 3 days of delivery if items are defective. All returns must be in original condition to qualify for refund or replacement.

Shipping Costs: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is verified as manufacturing fault.
